You love wine? And you want to learn about it? Then my wine school is the perfect opportunity for you.
We will meet on four Tuesday evenings (6.30 – 9.30 pm) at Uncorkmywine in 2450 Copenhagen SV, and learn about the following topics:
07. November
How is wine made? How do we taste wine professionally? What is Terroir?
14. November
You will learn about the most classic white wine varieties and important regions they come from.
21. November
You will learn about the most classic red wine varieties and important regions they come from.
28. November
We dive into the world of sparkling and dessert wines.

Tilmeld dig vores vinkursus januar/februar 2024. Vi vil mødes fire gange i en overskuelig gruppe af 12 deltagere på mit smagelokale i det nye Sydhavnen (2450). Under kursets forløb vil du lære om vin, samt at smage på en del udvalgte flasker for at fordybe den opnåede viden.

Kursusgebyret inkluderer:
- Fire vinkursus sessioner med maks. 12 deltagere i Uncorkmywine’s smagelokale
- 32 smagsprøver af udvalgte vine til de behandlede emner
- Hjemmeopgaver og whatsapp/facebook gruppe for at inspirere hinanden mellem sessionerne
- Detaljeret materiale til hver session i PDF format (engelsk)
Hvad lærer du om i denne vinkursus?
Min vinkursus København henvender sig til vinbegyndere. Den eneste forudsætning du behøver er din interesse i vin :).
- Vinkursus Session 1: Hvordan smager man på vin / vin fremstilling / terroir og dets udtryk i glasset / De seks noble druer
- Vinkursus Session 2: Klassiske hvidvine og relaterede områder
- Vinkursus Session 3: Klassiske rødvine og relaterede områder
- Vinkursus Session 4: Mousserende vine og dessertvine
Til alle lektioner får du uddybende materiale på skrift, samt gode vine som eksemplificerer dagens indhold på bedste vis.

Welcome to my wine school, next time starting in autumn. We will meet for four evening sessions in a small and overseeable group of 12 participants in my tasting room in the new part of Sydhavnen. During the wine school, we will learn together the basics of wine tasting and different wine styles, and will strengthen the newly gained knowledge by tasting selected wine examples.
These are the four dates for my autumn wine school:

- Wednesday, 10th January 2024, 6 pm – 9 pm

- Wednesday, 07th February 2024, 6 pm – 9 pm

The wine school fee includes:
- Four wine school sessions with a maximum of 12 participants at Uncorkmywine’s tasting room
- 32 taste examples of selected wines regarding the contents of the classes
- Guided homework between the sessions and a whatsapp / facebook group for mutual inspiration and learning
- Detailed learning material in PDF format (English)
What do you learn about during the wine school?
The wine school is dedicated to beginners in wine and you need no previous knowledge to join.
- Session 1: how to taste wine / winemaking / the idea of terroir / the six noble grapes
- Session 2: Classic white wines and related regions
- Session 3: Classic red wines and related regions
- Session 4: Sparkling wines and dessert wines
Every session includes detailed written material and selected tasting samples to illustrate the session’s content.
