I am Jan Eggers, an educated Sommelier wine importer and wine lover and I will guide you and the group through the evening. We will learn about a specific topic, carefully chosen for the occasion. In a group of 12 people, we will become a tiny bit nerdy about understanding a certain grape variety and its expression of global terroir, or a specific wine region.
However, there will also be plenty of time for enjoying the culinary delights the wine and the high-quality tapas provide, as well as exchanging laughs and opinions with the group. These evening have never been boring so far :).
All Master Classes happen in my tasting cellar in 2450 Copenhagen SV.
