Join us on Saturday, 24th February for a Social Dining Experience circling around Danish Wines. Limited to 12 people.
Food, Wine, and good company. What’s not to like? We are going back to one of our original concept, the social wine dinner experience.
You will dine in a group of 12 like-minded wine lovers. The dinner will consist of a 3-courses family-styled dinner, accompanied by five selected Danish wines. Each wine will be properly introduced with a bit of background knowledge regarding its specific style and other characteristics.

Romanian Wine Dinner
🍷 Our Social Wine Dinners provide a great opportunity to meet some like-minded wine lovers and a share a delightful 3-courses dinner with them over some selected glasses of quality wine. The usual “complaint” people have about our events is that there is too much good wine ;). Join our Romanian Wine Dinner for an incredible and memorable evening full of culinary delights. 🍇
We will meet at Uncorkmywine (2450 Copenhagen SV) at around 7 pm. The evening takes as long as the evening takes, no seatings, no rush, just lots of good vibes, laughs, and wine.

🍷 Romanain Wines: A selection of quality bottles exemplifying typical Romanian grape varieties such as Feteasca Neagra, Feteasca Regala, Negru de Dragasani and many more.
👩🍳 3-Course Dinner: Family-style and matching the food. We take care of your eating preferences and allergies if you let us know in advance.
📚 Wine Knowledge: We will guide you through the nuances of each wine and give you some background information about it.

About Uncorkmywine
Jan Eggers is the owner of Uncorkmywine and responsible for facilitating this evening. He will guide you through the wines and the menu and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Jan is an educated sommelier, a passionate chef, a great educator, and widely recognised for his love of hosting people.
