Throughout this evening you will learn everything you need to make a perfect Gløgg yourself. We will taste Malene’s alcoholic and non-alcoholic Gløggs and pair them with sandwiches, which recipes Malene has developed personally to match her Gløgg styles.
Malene Smidt Hertz is one of Denmark’s most renowned wine experts. She is co-founder of vinuddannelse.dk and Rundt om vin. She holds a WSET diploma, one of the highest certifications within the wine world.
The evening includes sandwiches, which recipes are developed by Malene to match her Gløgg wines.
