100% Blaufränkisch, Pet Nat rosé sparkling wine. Simply a Pet Nat you have to try, fresh, fruity, delightful, greatly integrated yeast aromas, and the typical edginess of the Blaufränkisch grape. I promise you will be excited :).
Riedmüller DTE Concrete
100% Welschriesling, unfiltered white wine, matured in concrete eggs. Crisp and mineral, and delightfully developed. Lots of apple, pear, fresh citrus, but also some green almonds, and nuttiness.
Riedmüller Ganz und Gar nicht
100% Blaufränkisch, unfiltered red wine, in a Beaujolais-style way. Really good acidity, the typical fizzy feeling of semi-carbonic maceration, and simply an incredible cherry explosion in the mouth.
