Super popular PIWI varietal, it is a cross between Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatic in the nose with lots of Kiwi, gooseberry, elderflower, but also crisp and delightful on the palate with spritz, acidity and lemon characteristics.
Egon Schmitt Riesling Herrenberg
Single vineyard Riesling from one of the Pfalz best wine sites for Riesling. Fuller-bodied Riesling with aromas of sour peach, ripe apples, honey, and a typical herbal touch of fennel and chamomile in the aftertaste. Complex, refreshing, and extremely delightful.
